Robomart Inc. ("Robomart," "we," or "us") provides autonomous delivery infrastructure to merchants, platforms, and enterprises ("Partners"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our website at robomart.ai (the "Site") and our partner-facing services, including the Robomart Connect API, Dashboard, Relay, and Partner portal (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Robomart Is a Business-to-Business Service

Robomart's customers are businesses. We do not run a consumer marketplace, and delivery recipients do not hold Robomart accounts. When a Partner books a delivery, the recipient's relationship — the order, the payment for goods, the customer account — belongs to the Partner. Robomart processes recipient information as a service provider on the Partner's behalf, only as needed to perform the delivery.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information Partners Provide

Business account information. When a Partner signs up for the Platform or enters a commercial agreement with us, we collect business contact details such as company name, contact name, work email address, phone number, business address, and billing information.

Delivery data. To perform a delivery, Partners submit order details such as pickup location, dropoff address, recipient name and phone number, locker requirements, and delivery instructions. We use recipient contact details to send delivery notifications and the one-time locker unlock code.

Payment information. Partner payments (prepaid credits, invoices) are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Inquiries. If you contact us or submit the deployment inquiry form on the Site, we collect the information you provide — name, company, work email, and your message — and use it to respond.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Platform usage. We log API requests, Dashboard and Relay activity, IP addresses, browser and device types, and similar technical information for security, reliability, billing, and product improvement.

Vehicle and delivery telemetry. RM5 vehicles generate operational data — location, route, speed, sensor readings, locker events, and camera imagery of public surroundings captured for autonomous operation and safety. Telemetry is fleet data owned by Robomart; it is not used to build profiles of delivery recipients.

Cookies. The Site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function and, on Platform surfaces, for authentication and session security. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Site.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate the Platform and delivery services; to dispatch, monitor, and improve the safety of the fleet; to authenticate users and secure the Platform; to bill Partners and maintain accounts; to respond to inquiries; to comply with law, including motor-vehicle and safety reporting obligations; and to develop and improve our autonomy systems, using aggregated or de-identified data where practicable.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with: (a) the Partner that booked a delivery, so it can track and manage its own orders; (b) service providers that process data for us (such as cloud hosting, payments, SMS/email delivery, and mapping), bound by contract to use it only for our purposes; (c) authorities or third parties when required by law, to respond to lawful process, or to protect safety, rights, or property, including in connection with vehicle incidents; and (d) a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Delivery Recipients

If you received a delivery carried by Robomart, your order was placed with a Partner, and that Partner's privacy policy governs its use of your information. Robomart receives from the Partner only what is needed to complete the delivery — typically your name, dropoff address, phone number, and order reference — and uses it to deliver, to send status notifications and the unlock code, and for safety, security, and legal compliance. Requests to access or delete recipient information are honored in coordination with the responsible Partner.

6. Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, hardware-backed authentication for internal systems, and access controls between services. We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above, for the term of the applicable Partner agreement, and as required for legal, safety, and audit obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, so no opt-out is required. 8. Children

The Platform is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@robomart.ai and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on the Site or notified to Partner account holders. Data-protection terms in a Master Services Agreement control over this Policy for the services that agreement covers.
